We encourage our students to think like mathematicians. More importantly,
we want to give our children additional learning experiences with solving
real world math problems. The Mathematics Problem of the Month- Counting
with Friend is due October 31, 2014. All students in grades Kindergarten
-5th grade should have completed the problem of the month. Student work is
to be submitted to your child’s homeroom teacher. Don’t forget the
problem of the month counts as a project grade! Parents you are encouraged
to help your children think through the solutions for the problem of the
month. A rubric has been provided.
