New Students to Princeton Elementary (Current Dekalb Students ONLY)
  1. DeKalb County Schools Withdrawal Form from previous school attended.
  2. Copy of current lease, utility and/or mortgage bill. If there are no bills in the parent's name, an affidavit must be completed and notarized by the homeowner.
New Students to Princeton Elementary (Non-DeKalb Students)
  1. Withdrawal Form from previous school attended.
  2. Copy of current lease, utility and/or mortgage bill. If there are no bills in the parent's name, an affidavit must be completed and notarized by the homeowner.
  3. Current Report Card
  4. Birth Certificate
  5. Immunization and Vision/Hearing/Dental Screenings on Georgia Health Forms
